Shanghai Intelligent Service and Technology Co. Ltd (“ISTCW”) is a multifunctional third-party company that integrates testing, consultation, supervision and technology services. We are the representative of ISTCW’s foreign operations. Headquartered in Pudong Jinqiao, Shanghai, ISTCW was founded in 2016 and has set up two testing laboratories with an aggregate area of over 6000 square feet in Pudong Jinqiao and Fengxian Situan respectively.
ISTCW is named with the meaning of “cable intelligence”. ISTCW provides those with talent and shared aspirations with an open and creative platform devoted to technological innovation and creativity. We integrate innovative ideas and creative concepts with smart cable manufacturing and smart testing to enhance the overall competitiveness of China’s cable industry. ISTCW has a testing team which has extensive experience and accumulated technologies in testing wires and cable products and R&D to strive to provide customers with advanced and customized testing technology services. ISTCW has a high pressure test chamber, an electrical performance test chamber, a mechanical performance test chamber, a material performance test chamber, an environmental test chamber and a flammability test chamber, which are able to test products including raw materials for wires and cables, regular wire and cable products, new energy wires and cables, cables for nuclear power stations and cables for public transports.
ISTCW also strives to integrate information technologies such as online testing, big data and cloud service with traditional cable manufacturing. It develops and provides Internet-based products and services, demonstrating that cable manufacturers are steadily moving towards the 2025 industrial manufacturing goal. Since its establishment, ISTCW has been providing cable enterprises with a reliable platform for production quality control, cable users with a platform for traceable cable manufacturing supervision, and certification companies with the most trustworthy product quality reference through constant technological innovation.
